This keyboard is truly fantastic. It is so sturdy, and quite obviously made with love and care. I love the satisfying sounds of the keys clicking, the wooden arm rest, and the fact that this keyboard comes with extra keys, a fan brush for cleaning, it’s packaged well, and has a year warranty, really solidified my decision to purchase this keyboard! I own two typewriters and this keyboard definitely brings the digital spin to a classic typewriter feel.
Seriously more impressed than I was when I first came across this company. All materials are authentic and crafted with longevity and functionality in mind.
I've had this for about a month and a half now and I adore it. I was about to get the full size keyboard but realized 1) I didn't really touch the numbers on the day to day so it was unnecessary and 2) it would be taking up a lot of desk real estate. It was a struggle to decide but I settled on this one and don't regret it at all and in fact am relieved I chose the smaller size. The compact is a great size for me and still looks luxurious and beautiful on a desk. The matching wrist pad does help with the overall look and feel. The wrist pad was a little bit harder than I thought it would be but it's not a bad thing and is quite comfortable. I think my one complaint was that my ?/ key came with the tiniest knick on the copper trimming. You can barely see it and even now I had to look for it to double check, but it was a bit :,(. It doesn't have a strong impact towards the look and feel but I think it is a bit of a downer. I had read a few other reviews that had mentioned keys rubbing off which made me pretttty nervous to purchase, but so far I have not had that issue at all and I've been using it as one usually would, dusting every day but other than that not being overly careful during usage. In short, I really like this keyboard. It's hefty, very solid, and still elegant. I feel weird if I use my laptop keyboard and don't hear the click clack hahahaha. It makes me feel incredibly productive. I love that the backlights are warm toned as well, which I think is pretty unique in the general world of back-lit keyboards.
